If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours by contacting the salon to notify us of the change. You may also use the online booking platform to reschedule or cancel any appointments within that 48 hour window.
In the event of a missed appointment there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged in the amount of the service booked to compensate the precitioner for the loss of income.
What if I am sick?
Please allow as much notice as possible in the case of illness. Illness is not subject to a cancellation fee, however we would be unable to book the appointment within a 2 week window due to the illness and the practitioners availability.
